We hold stock in five locations and dispatch your order from whichever is closest to you. For most customers that means a domestic delivery with no international customs at all.
Where your order ships from
Orders are routed to the nearest holding location that has your compound in stock. Australian, New Zealand, Fijian and United States addresses are normally served from stock already inside the country. Everywhere else ships from Bali.

Cost and timing
Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we serve. There are no handling fees and no minimum spend.
Orders are dispatched once payment clears. Bank transfers usually clear within a few hours, and we prepare your order while the transfer is in flight so nothing waits unnecessarily. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within one to three business days. International deliveries vary by destination and customs handling.
Every order is dispatched with tracking. The tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves us.
Packaging
Parcels are plain and unbranded on the outside. Nothing on the exterior describes the contents. Vials are padded and sealed, and lyophilised compounds are stable at room temperature for the length of a normal transit, so no cold chain is required in the post.
Shipping protection
You can add shipping protection to any order for $9.99 at checkout. It covers loss, theft and damage in transit. If any of those happen we reship the order or refund it, without asking you to chase the courier.
Without protection, a parcel that a courier confirms as delivered is treated as delivered. We will always help you open an enquiry with the courier, but we cannot replace it free of charge.
Where we cannot ship
We do not ship to countries under trade sanctions, or to countries whose import rules make delivery of research compounds unreliable enough that an order would probably be seized. Those destinations cannot be selected at checkout, so you will not be charged for an order we cannot fulfil.
Currently excluded: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Japan, South Korea, China, Norway and Türkiye.
You are responsible for knowing what may lawfully be imported to your own address. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are yours to pay.
Something wrong with your delivery
If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a broken seal, email aminocrew@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. See our returns and refunds page for how that is resolved.
