What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
01 — What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address and anything else you enter in the form. When you place an order we receive the billing and delivery details needed to fulfil it, and the confirmation you give at checkout. If you sign up for a discount code we receive your email address.
If you enter your email at checkout and do not complete the order, we keep that address and a record of what was in your cart, so we can send you a reminder. That is explained in section 04.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser user agent and pages requested, as part of operating and securing the site.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, information about your health.
02 — Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to process and dispatch orders, to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to us, to send the emails described below, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the site.
03 — Payment details
Orders are paid by bank transfer directly between your bank and ours. We never see or store card numbers, and there is no card processor holding your details on our behalf.
04 — Emails we send

| Discount code | A confirmation link, then your code. Only if you asked for one, and only after you confirm the address. |
| Cart reminders | Up to three emails if you leave items behind. Stops as soon as you order, or when you unsubscribe. |
| Updates | Occasional product and documentation news. Only if you opted in. Unsubscribe in any email. |
We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.
05 — Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to run the business: our hosting provider, the courier delivering your parcel, and our email delivery provider. Each sees only what its job requires. We disclose information beyond that only where the law requires it.
06 — Packaging and discretion
Parcels are plain and unbranded. Nothing on the outside describes the contents, and the courier is not told what is inside beyond what a shipping label requires.
07 — How long we keep it
Order records for as long as our record-keeping obligations require. Enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted. Abandoned cart records for 90 days. Marketing addresses until you unsubscribe. Server logs on our host’s normal cycle.
08 — What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Email aminocrew@proton.me and we will action it within a reasonable time. Deletion may not extend to records we are required to retain, and we will tell you if that applies.
09 — Cookies
The site sets the cookies needed to keep a cart and a session working, and stores a small amount of information in your browser to remember that you have dismissed the entry notice. We do not run advertising trackers.
