Verify Your Batch

Enter the batch number printed on your vial label to see the analysis that applies to the material you hold.

Your results will include COA, testing date and full documentation.

Where to find your batch number

It is printed on the vial label in the format AC-000000. It is also on the packing note that came with your order. If the label is damaged or you cannot read it, email aminocrew@proton.me with your order number and we will look it up for you.

Why the batch number and not the product name

A batch is a single quantity of material produced in one run, and it is tested as one thing. Two batches of the same compound are different material with different results. The batch number is what ties a specific vial to a specific analysis, which is why we ask for it rather than the product name.

For what the analysis covers and what it can and cannot tell you, read how we test and document every batch.

If your batch is not found

Check the number against the label first, since a mistyped character is the usual cause. If it still does not come up, email us with your order number and a photo of the label. A batch that is not listed is something we want to know about, not something we want you to give up on.
