These terms govern the sale and supply of everything listed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them.
01 — Conditions of supply
Amino Crew supplies research compounds, laboratory consumables and related equipment to clinics, laboratories, institutions and businesses.
Everything on this site is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing we sell is a medicine, food, supplement, cosmetic or veterinary product. Nothing is for human or animal consumption, for diagnostic or therapeutic use, or for use in any clinical setting. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim of biological effect, and we do not provide dosing, administration or usage guidance of any kind.
Many of the compounds listed here are regulated differently from one country to another, and in some are prescription medicines. A research use label does not change the law where you are. You are responsible for establishing that your purchase, import and use are lawful for you.
02 — Eligibility
By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are ordering on behalf of a clinic, laboratory, institution or business, and that nothing supplied will be used in, or supplied for use in, humans or animals. You are asked to confirm this at checkout, and that confirmation is recorded against your order.
03 — Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, and we will refund it in full if we do.
We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before dispatching rather than quietly cancelling.
04 — Payment
Orders are paid by bank transfer. The account details appear on the confirmation screen as soon as you place the order, and are emailed to you at the same time. Use your order number as the reference so we can match the payment.
We prepare your order while the transfer is in flight. It is dispatched once the payment clears. Orders unpaid after seven days are cancelled and the stock released.

06 — Returns and refunds
Set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, and we replace or refund anything damaged, wrong, missing or not matching its documentation.
07 — Documentation
Batch documentation is issued against a batch and describes the material tested on the date stated. It is an analytical record, not a safety assessment and not a statement of fitness for any purpose. See documentation.
08 — Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from misuse of anything we supply, from use outside a laboratory research setting, or from use contrary to these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or rights you have under consumer law that applies where you are.
09 — Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
